A great salad for lunch!

Any salad takes a few min. to cut up all of the ingredients but…. it is so well worth it. I took romaine lettuce(out of a bag b.c they were on sale 2 for 1 at the store) and filled my bowl about 1/2 way. I cut up 1/2 a cucumber, diced a portion of a red onion, added some left over salami cuts from new years eve and took a carrot and peeled it with a peeler. I added some salt, pepper and oregano and topped with Ken’s light caesar dressing. Yummy! Happy healthy eating y’all!
